Cancellation & Refund policy
Reservation Deposit
A ₱5,000 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
This deposit will be applied toward the total amount of your reservation.
Full Payment
The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 3 days prior to the scheduled reservation date.
Refunds & Cancellations
Deposits are refundable if cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to the reservation date.
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the reservation date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of the reservation date or for no-shows.
Rescheduling
Guests may reschedule their booking at least 7 days in advance without penalty, subject to availability.
